Omnipollo x Fidens, Church Jasper 8.0% (Fat 20L)

Once a year, Fiden's Brewing in Albany celebrates Jasper Day by inviting breweries to interpret their iconic, all-Citra IPA. This church version of Jasper is a process-heavy double IPA that honors their signature style. Unlike many modern hazy IPAs, this beer is more malt-forward and exceptionally soft, combining our own traits with the distinct, celebrated handling that defines a Fiden's beer.
